1 Year Concrete Warranty There will be no major cracking, scaling and Spalling or popout for 1 year, beginning from the date of concrete pour, due to defective materials or workmanship. (Major cracking means cracks that are more than 1⁄4 inch wide) Exclusions We do not cover damage caused by: Natural disasters or extreme weather Impact damage (for example, vehicle accidents) Excessive use of salt New installations after job completion (e.g., regrading near the work area or installation of a new downspout that affects water flow on bricks) Foundation settlement or structural issues
Worm
COVERAGE
Workmanship is warranted to be free of defects for a period of One Year. Warranty does not
cover any costs associated with the removal and /or reinstallation of the work. Materials are covered
under the Manufacture Warranty (If applicable) and only if purchased by Contractor. Contractor
is not responsible for defective materials.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Contractor has been paid in full for the completed job according to contract.
Warranty stands null and void if any modifications or changes are made to work completed by Contractor.
Not covered under warranty:
Damage caused by settling.
Damage caused by negligence, intentional misuse or failure to properly maintain project.
i.e. pool chemicals not maintained, excess weight or water. Acts of God.
Damage caused by extreme weather conditions.
Damage caused by improper drainage.
Damage caused by work performed on the project other than that of the original Contractor.
Damage caused by other contractors.
All claims under Warranty must be submitted in writing withing 15 days defect is apparent.
Claims must be accompanied by evidence of defect and scope of all elements that may have
effected the work. Contractor must be given a reasonable opportunity to investigate all
claims and determine if the workmanship is defective. Contractor must be given a reasonable
time to determine and do the repair if warranted. Client understands that failure to give
a timely notice, in writing, will void the Warranty.
